Virtual Sports Event! 6th - 10th July

Dear Hever athletes,
Our Incredible Year 6 Students would like to invite the whole of Hever School to take part in… The  Hever Sports Day Week Virtual Sports Event!!
This will run from Monday 6th to Friday 10th July
As we cannot be together to take part in a ‘Traditional’ Sports Day this year, the super students have created a schedule of activities that are suitable for both School and Home-learners alike.
A schedule of activities, including an explanation and score sheet, will be emailed out daily to ensure that everyone can take part together.
Each day, the ‘Year 6 Sports Celebrities’ will send out a video to demonstrate each of the Sporting Activities to be completed that day.  It will then be down to you to do your best, record your results and to send them to us via email.
We will compile the results and reveal the individual, Class and House Winners in a very special announcement on Friday 10th July!
House rivalry is strong here at Hever.  Will Bodiam retain the cup for another year or will Leeds or Penshurst be victorious? Only your efforts will decide!
Why not get into the spirit of the occasion and wear your House colours when you are taking part? We would love to see photographs of the children getting sporty and will feature as many of them as we can in our final Hotline of the Term and on Class Pages.
Let’s come together and make this a Hever School Sports Day to Remember!
Schedule for each day:

Oak class have gone to great lengths to research appropriate events. Events that can be completed at school or at home. Should you not be able to find items, or have the space to compete, then please do come up with your own solution and we would be delighted to see your interpretations!
Have fun and get sporty!
Kind regards
