Hever Library has re-opened!
The Hever library was re-opened on Thursday welcoming children from all classes at lunchtime. The librarians were kept very busy, helping children to find books and also sharing stories with them. A huge thank you must go to the volunteers who helped to organise the library. None of the magic seen on Thursday lunchtime would have been possible without them.
As part of World Book Day and the library re-opening, Hever school introduced ‘100 books to read before you leave Hever’. Each child was sent home with a leaflet of 100 books which they should aim to read in their time at Hever. Some children have already written book reviews for our display and many others are working their way towards their first certificate.
