SCHOOLS TRIATHLON DAY: 

Hever School took part in the popular Schools Triathlon Days at Hever Castle, hosted by Castle Triathlon Series, will return this year with three dates in mid-summer. 
 

Students had the opportunity to train in all elements of a triathlon, including how to transition between disciplines. They also enjoyed an immersive cultural experience, learning about the historic venue and setting including finding shields, archery and Tudor dancing. All activities throughout the day linked to the statutory requirements of the curriculum as well as keeping the kids healthy and inspired.

Our children showed so much resilience and even a child with a broken toe and a sprained wrist took part. The children loved achieving their personal goal of swimming in the lake!
