In reading lessons the children turn into 'reading detectives'. Their special detective glasses play a key role in helping them to beat the timer when finding the answers. See a group of detectives in action in the photos below.

This week is Mental Health Awareness week. This afternoon we talked about breathing exercises and when they can help you. Our favourite was bubble breathing. First we imagined blowing bubbles through a hoop, then some of the children had a go. Everyone will get the chance this week. Hopefully it will help them to feel calm and ready to learn.
