This term we have been busy learning about 'Living things and their habitats' in Science. After having a tour of Mr Hills' home zoo we got creative and designed habitats. We had to choose an animal and think about everything that the habitat needed to provide for the animal (shelter, safety, food, water etc...). We were inspired by the many animals we saw in Mr Hills' zoo, including: a chameleon, snakes, a leopard gheko, dogs, cats, budgies, rabbits, turtles, poison dart frogs...to name a few! In total he has 104 pets at home! Here are some of the habitats we made.
