*This Week - 26th November*
Design and make a boat to glide through a water tray using a hand held fan to push it.
It should be no more than 30cm in length.
It can be made from any material.
You can't buy a boat - it should be homemade!
Please bring your boat in ready for the class boat race on Thursday 3rd December.
Reading - every class member should read for at least 15 minutes and reading records should be signed by an adult. If the children read at least four times every week prizes will be given at the end of term.
If you have time, reading to your child is also a lovely and important activity.
Spelling - practise lists are sent home in the children's reading folders on a Monday. The spelling test will be on a Friday.
Timed mental maths
Times Tables Rock Stars - online practise
Maths worksheet - related to weekly topic
English - reading comprehension and handwriting
The children have been given a 'Forces' poster which they will add to each week once they have learnt about each force. The task has been modelled and explained so the children should know what to do.
