Arm Pretzel: if you’re feeling slow and tired or fast and wiggly.

Bubble Breath: if you’re feeling slow and tired, fast and emotional, or fast and wiggly.

Arm massage: if you’re feeling slow and tired, fast and emotional, fast and wiggly.

Finger pull: if you’re feeling slow and tired, fast and emotional, fast and wiggly.

Jumping Jacks – if you’re feeling slow and tired or fast and wiggly.

Superman pose – if you’re feeling slow and tired, fast and wiggly or fast and emotional.
