Hever Church of England Aided Primary School

A small school that offers your child outstanding learning opportunities

Admissions Policy including Appeals

Admission to Primary School including Appeals

We aim to make the transition to Primary school as smooth as possible for both parents and children. With this in mind, we would encourage all prospective parents to visit the school in advance. Please telephone the school office to make an appointment. Applications will need to  be made online directly to your local authority. As we are a Church of England Voluntary Aided school we also require an additional supplementary information form to be completed which can be obtained from the school office, or via the link below, and should be returned directly to Hever Primary School.

Once you have been offered a place at school we arrange three afternoon visits in the term before your child starts. During their first week at school children attend for mornings only and every parent will be offered an interview with the class teacher.

Due to lockdown we are aware that Christian families have been unable to attend public worship. We have applied for a variation of our admissions policy and will publish a revised version once this has been approved by the Office of the Schools Adjudicator.
